Invision Digital Agency provides digital marketing, SEO, local SEO, website development, custom software and web-application development, and AI automation services. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in the proposal, quotation, or statement of work agreed with you.
Quotations are based on the requirements shared at the time of enquiry. Any change in scope may affect timelines and cost, which will be communicated and agreed before work continues. A project is confirmed once the agreed advance payment is received.
Fees, payment schedule, and milestones are specified in your quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require an advance payment to commence, with the balance payable as per the agreed milestones. Payments are collected through secure gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, and Easebuzz. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be charged as per Indian law.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content and access (such as domains, hosting, or accounts), and necessary approvals. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines, for which we are not responsible.
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks, and non-client-specific components, and to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead numbers, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platforms and market conditions. Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. On termination, you agree to pay for all work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date, as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
