This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased from Invision Digital Agency ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
We provide professional, time- and effort-based digital services — including digital marketing, SEO, website & software development, and AI automation. Because work begins as soon as a project is confirmed, refunds are assessed based on the stage of work completed.
You may request cancellation of an ongoing project at any time by writing to hello@invisiondigitalagency.com. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written request. You remain responsible for fees corresponding to work completed and costs already incurred up to that date.
If you cancel before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a refund of the advance paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the portion of work not yet delivered. Completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable.
The following are non-refundable: one-time setup or onboarding fees; third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences, paid tools, and advertising spend; work and milestones already completed and delivered; and monthly retainer fees for a month already in progress.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through the same payment gateway used for the transaction (such as Razorpay, PayU, or Easebuzz). Refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
To request a refund, email hello@invisiondigitalagency.com with your name, invoice or order details, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution, as we will need to provide the gateway with details of the work delivered.
